This unique
attraction will evoke fantastic memories for countless Moody
Blues fans and at the same time introduce new audiences to
an incredible style of music. Nights in White Satin
was the signature song of the concept album Days of
Future Passed which was a groundbreaking album. This
attraction will, again, break new ground in providing a fully
immersive experience. This continues to demonstrate how Hard
Rock Park is working closely with artists to push the boundaries
of rock n roll based entertainment.
The four
and half minute experience, which weaves between reality and
illusion, begins by passing through a dream-like entranceway,
complete with interactive displays, audio enhancements and
memorabilia from the band, leading to a swirling walk-through
vortex that leads them to awaiting cars (each of which is
equipped with its own high-fidelity, on-board sound system)
and whisked along a track from one disorienting room to another,
where laser-lights, projected swirls of liquid color and special
effects dazzle the senses and create the trip of a lifetime.

The
Moody Blues, Justin Hayward, John Lodge and Graeme Edge, made
a special appearance in Myrtle Beach today to personally unveil
Nights in White Satin The Trip and sign
autographs for a crowd of eager fans. Adding to the Parks
repertoire of genuine rock memorabilia, band members also
presented Hard Rock Park with their last Mellotron, a precursor
to the modern synthesizer, which came to define the "Moody
