The theater's opening was first annoucned in January 2010. But a slow economy delayed the opening, until officials announced last week, that renovations to the theater had final begun.

Glenn Milligan, CEO of Liquid Metal Productions, said, "It did take us a while to get here. But we're here. Our families are here and our children will be going to your schools. We are here for the long haul."

The Pat Boone Family Theater is currently begin renovated at a cost of $5 million and will yield a stunning, state-of-the-art, 600-seat theater where only 50 feet will seperate the back row of the audience to the stage.

Those looking for a more intimate experience can reserve a VIP room, where dining selections will be served in an upscale living-room atmosphere with a private television.

Milligan believes that the Augus topening date, which Pat Boone will attend, is on target.

Show pricing is currently listed as $24.95 for matinees and $34.95 for evening performances. Children's tickets will run $6.95-$8.95.
